Welcome to JETMUSES. This website and online store are operated by JETMUSES S.R.L., trading as JETMUSES (“JETMUSES”, “we”, “us” or “our”).

These Terms of Service, together with the policies referenced in them, govern your use of our website, online store and related services, including the purchase of our products.

Our online store is hosted by Shopify, which provides the platform we use to offer our products. Any purchase made through the store is concluded directly between you and JETMUSES S.R.L.

Please read these Terms before using our website or placing an order. By using the website or online store, you agree to these Terms. Our Privacy Policy explains how we process personal data. Nothing in these Terms limits your mandatory rights as a consumer under applicable law.

SECTION 1 - ACCESS AND ACCOUNT
You may browse our website without creating an account. To place an order, you must provide accurate and complete contact, billing and delivery information.

If you create or use a customer account, you are responsible for keeping your sign-in details secure and for notifying us at clientservices@jetmuses.co if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. You may not transfer your account to another person.

SECTION 2 - OUR PRODUCTS
We aim to describe and display our products accurately, including their colour, size, composition and key features. Colours may appear slightly different depending on your screen and its settings.

Please review the product description and size information before placing an order. If you have a question about a product, contact us at clientservices@jetmuses.co.

Products are subject to availability. We may update product descriptions or discontinue products for future orders. These changes will not alter the description of a product you have already purchased. Your statutory rights if a product does not conform to the contract remain unaffected.

SECTION 3 - ORDERS
When you place an order, you will receive an email acknowledging your order. We will confirm acceptance of your order by email. Please check the product details, delivery address and contact information carefully before submitting your order.

If a product is unavailable or we are unable to fulfil your order, we will contact you promptly. If you have already paid, we will refund the amount paid for any item we cannot supply.

If you wish to change or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at clientservices@jetmuses.co. We will let you know whether the change or cancellation is still possible.

Your statutory right of withdrawal and your rights relating to products that do not conform to the contract remain unaffected. Details of returns and refunds are set out in our Returns & Refunds Policy.

SECTION 4 - PRICES AND BILLING
Product prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout and include applicable taxes, including VAT where required. Any delivery charges and other applicable costs will be shown before you place your order, together with the total amount payable. Prices and promotions may change. The price confirmed for an accepted order will not change. If we identify an obvious pricing or technical error before accepting an order, we will inform you and give you the option to place a new order at the correct price.

Promotional offers may have separate terms and may be subject to availability. Any conditions will be displayed with the offer.

Please provide accurate billing information and use a payment method that you are authorised to use. Available payment methods are shown at checkout. Information about how we process personal data is provided in our Privacy Policy.

SECTION 5 - SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Available delivery options, charges and estimated delivery times will be shown before you place your order. We will deliver your order within the agreed timeframe and keep you informed if we become aware of any delay.

If your order is delayed, lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at clientservices@jetmuses.co so that we can investigate and resolve the issue. Your rights under applicable consumer law remain unaffected.

The risk of loss of or damage to the products passes to you when you, or a person designated by you other than the carrier, physically receive the order.

SECTION 6 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The JETMUSES name, logo and the original text, photographs, graphics, designs and other content displayed on our website belong to JETMUSES S.R.L. or are used with permission from their respective rights holders. They are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may access and use our website for personal shopping and information. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute or use its content for commercial purposes without the permission of the relevant rights holder, except where permitted by applicable law.

Names, logos and content belonging to Shopify or other third parties remain the property of their respective rights holders.

SECTION 7 - OPTIONAL TOOLS
Our website may include optional features or tools provided by third parties. If you choose to use them, the relevant provider may apply its own terms and privacy policies, which will be made available where appropriate.

We may add, update or remove optional features from time to time. Nothing in this section limits your rights under applicable consumer law or our responsibilities in relation to your purchase from JETMUSES S.R.L..

Our website may contain links to websites operated by third parties. When you follow one of these links, you leave the JETMUSES website. The third party is responsible for the content and operation of its website, and its own terms and privacy policies may apply.

Nothing in this section limits our responsibilities for products purchased from JETMUSES S.R.L. or your rights under applicable consumer law.

SECTION 9 - RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY
JETMUSES is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you. However, any sales and purchases you make in our Store are made directly with JETMUSES . By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of any sales between you and JETMUSES , including any injury, damage, or loss resulting from purchased products and services. You hereby expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from all claims, damages, and liabilities arising from or related to your purchases and transactions with JETMUSES .

SECTION 10 - PRIVACY POLICY
Information about how JETMUSES S.R.L. collects, uses and shares personal data, as well as your rights in relation to your personal data, is available in our Privacy Policy.

Our online store is hosted by Shopify, which also processes certain personal data when you visit or make a purchase through the store. Further information is available in our Privacy Policy and Shopify’s Consumer Privacy Policy.

SECTION 11 - FEEDBACK
If you send us comments, suggestions or product reviews, please ensure that they reflect your honest experience and do not contain unlawful material or infringe the rights of others.

We may use your feedback to respond to you and improve our products, services and customer experience. If you submit a review for publication on our website, you allow us to display it there, subject to our Privacy Policy.

We may remove content that is unlawful, misleading, abusive or infringes the rights of others. Nothing in this section limits your rights under applicable law.

SECTION 12 - ERRORS, INACCURACIES AND OMISSIONS
We take reasonable care to keep product descriptions, prices, availability and delivery information accurate and up to date. If we discover an error before accepting your order, we will inform you and give you the option to place a new order using the correct information.

If we discover an error that affects an order we have already accepted, we will contact you promptly and resolve the matter in accordance with applicable law. We will not change the confirmed price without your agreement.

You may use our website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others or interfere with the security, integrity or normal operation of the website.

You must not use the website to engage in unlawful, fraudulent, abusive or misleading activity; infringe intellectual property, privacy or other legal rights; transmit malicious code; attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or accounts; circumvent security measures; unlawfully collect personal data; or use automated tools to scrape, extract or reproduce website content without our permission, except where permitted by applicable law.

Where reasonably necessary to protect our website, our customers or JETMUSES, or to comply with applicable law, we may restrict or suspend access to the website. Any such action will not affect your rights in relation to an existing order or your statutory consumer rights.

We may reasonably limit automated access where necessary to protect the website, our systems or our users. This does not affect purchases made from JETMUSES S.R.L. or any statutory consumer rights.

We may suspend, restrict or terminate access to our website or to a customer account where reasonably necessary, including in cases of a material breach of these Terms, suspected fraud or misuse, security concerns, or where required by law. Any action we take will be proportionate to the circumstances. Where reasonably possible, we will inform you of the reason.

Suspension, restriction or termination of access does not, by itself, cancel any order already accepted by JETMUSES S.R.L. or affect rights and obligations that arose before such action, including your statutory consumer rights.

Provisions of these Terms that by their nature continue after termination will remain in effect to the extent permitted by applicable law.

SECTION 16 - WEBSITE AVAILABILITY AND CONSUMER GUARANTEES
We take reasonable care to provide accurate information and maintain the availability of our website. However, the website may occasionally be interrupted or affected by technical errors. If you notice an error, please contact us at clientservices@jetmuses.co.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits your statutory rights if a product is faulty, does not match its description or otherwise fails to conform to the contract. JETMUSES S.R.L. remains responsible for fulfilling accepted orders and for the legal guarantee of conformity in accordance with applicable law.

SECTION 17 - LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
JETMUSES S.R.L. is responsible for fulfilling accepted orders and for the products it sells in accordance with applicable law, including obligations relating to delivery, refunds where applicable, and the legal guarantee of conformity.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for personal injury caused by our acts or omissions, fraud, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for temporary website interruptions caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control. This does not affect your statutory consumer rights or our obligations under an accepted order.

SECTION 18 - YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
You are responsible for using our website in accordance with these Terms and applicable law. You must not knowingly use the website in a way that causes damage, interferes with its operation or infringes the rights of JETMUSES S.R.L. or any third party.

SECTION 20 - TERMS APPLICABLE TO YOUR ORDER
These Terms, the policies relevant to your purchase, the product and order information provided before you place your order, and any terms expressly agreed with you govern your purchase, subject to applicable law.

If we do not enforce a provision of these Terms on one occasion, this does not mean that we waive the right to enforce it on another occasion.

Nothing in this section limits your statutory consumer rights or allows us to change the terms of an accepted order without your agreement where such agreement is required by law.

SECTION 21 - TRANSFER OF RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS
You may not transfer your customer account to another person without our consent. This does not restrict any rights relating to your purchase that may be exercised or transferred under applicable law.

If JETMUSES S.R.L. transfers rights or obligations relating to an accepted order to another business, we will inform you where required by law. Such a transfer will not reduce your statutory consumer rights or the protections available to you under that order. Where your agreement is required by law, we will obtain it before the transfer.

SECTION 22 - GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTES
These Terms are governed by the laws of Romania. If you are a consumer residing in another country, this choice of law does not deprive you of any mandatory consumer protections available to you under the law of your country of habitual residence, where applicable.

Any dispute may be brought before a court having jurisdiction under applicable law. Nothing in these Terms requires you to bring a claim exclusively before the courts of Romania.

SECTION 23 - HEADINGS
The headings used in this agreement are included for convenience only and will not limit or otherwise affect these Terms.

SECTION 24 - CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may update these Terms to reflect changes to our website, business practices or applicable law. The current version and its effective date will be available on this page.

Updated Terms will apply from their stated effective date. They will not change the terms of an order already accepted by JETMUSES S.R.L. unless you expressly agree or applicable law requires otherwise.

We will inform you of material changes before they take effect where required by law. Nothing in this section limits your statutory consumer rights.
